Managing Director & Principal Partner
Anjana has 23 years of experience in providing statutory secretarial services, transfer secretarial services, board secretarial services, and consultancy services on company law and corporate governance. Her expertise is in advising public listed companies, privately held businesses, government entities, and non-profits. Anjana took over RK Accountants as Managing Director in 2020. She holds an LLB and BAL degree from Kerala University, is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (South Africa), an accredited RICS Civil & Commercial Mediator, and former Trustee of Childline Botswana.
Director & Head of Financial Reporting
Semba J Maipose is the Director in charge of Financial Reporting Services at RK Accountants. Prior to joining the firm, Semba worked for Grant Thornton in the audit and financial reporting service lines for 10 years, and served as Group Accountant of Global Holdings Botswana (FMCG subsidiary of JSE-listed Imperial Logistics). Semba is a fellow member of ACCA and BICA, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Botswana. He specializes in complex IFRS consolidations, technical accounting reviews, and statutory audit preparation.
